o Welcome Cocktail Party (Monday 19 October, 2009)

Participants and their partners are invited to attend the welcome reception. Wine and typical products will be served.



o CIGRE Dinner, hosted by the Korea National Committee of CIGRE.(Wednesday 21 October)
- Talented CIGRE(extra-event) in 2009 CIGRE B5 dinner time by participants (volunteer).
 
As a small extra-event, Talented CIGRE (musical entertainment) will be held in 2009 CIGRE B5 meeting in Korea. Every participant can be a volunteer for this event with singing, playing musical instruments and dancing etc. 

In order to make CIGRE B5 colloquium & meeting further amusing and pleasant, the entertainment will be held in the evening on Oct. 21 (Wednesday) 2009 during gala dinner party. Every volunteer is recommended to book for his/her performance (one entry per one volunteer) in advance by 31st of July in 2009 for the preparing. 

If a piano accompaniment is needed, the musical note for your performing shall be attached with the registration form and sent them to Prof. ID Kim (idkim0623@hanmail.net)
